We were looking to cut back on the administrative side of really wanted to do more clinical. We all know how difficult it is to manage staff. We love our staff. But ultimately, it is you. What ended up happening is you're just not taking time off because you're so concerned about what happens to my staff, what happens to my patients, versus now knowing that there is the depth of having a robust management and other colleagues behind you and in the same time maintaining the quality. That was very important for me. We all heard about horror stories about somebody coming in and switching all the clinical parameters, what we're used to doing. In all fairness, that did not happen. In all fairness, I continue to practice today exactly as I practiced six months ago, a year ago, two years ago. It allows you to do the clinical side without the administrative headaches.
