Dr. Scott did a root canal for me today. Best dental procedure in my life! A little background on me and dental work, I haven’t had the best experiences and have a history of being difficult to get numb. Dr. Scott was awesome! I didn’t feel one ounce of pain. He is a complete professional and focused on doing a perfect job. He found a crack in my tooth no else told me about. The temp filling even covered the gap between teeth that has been trapping food, which I never told him about. He just instinctively knew to do the best job was to fill that gap. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Scott!!!

Today, May 13, I went in for a root canal. I was a bit nervous to begin with. BUT…from the moment Sura called me back, she started explaining everything that was going to happen throughout the whole appointment. Then the Doctor, Randolph Scott D.D.S. came in He was AMAZING as well. He also explained everything first and then did his job very well. They both made me feel so comfortable and before I knew it they were done. He and Sura told me that I would be sore. It’s almost been since the appointment, over eight hours and I have ZERO soreness, not even where he injected me. I have already recommended W MA Endo and I will continue to refer people. A VERY BIG SHOUT OUT TO SURA AND DOCTOR SCOTT! The best dental experience I’ve ever had by far! Thank you

Went in on an emergency appointment for evaluation on a molar ended up getting a root canal which was done by Dr Scott. While I’m not nuts about dental visits, I have to say that this man certainly knows what he’s doing. Within 20 minutes of being in the chair, my pain was gone, and he was taking care of business. Now two days later I am still pain free and moving on with life. Very happy to have found this wonderful place. Thank you Dr.Scott!!!!

My dentist recommended this practice as there are only a few in network endos available for my insurance. I traveled from Albany NY and they were super accommodating after a misunderstanding on my part. Everyone was professional and kind. Dr. Scott was amazing, he explained everything and it feels so good to no longer have a toothache My first root canal was not as bad as I thought it would be, but I am relieved it’s over.
