Kris is a wonderful hygienist. He has a very gentle touch with my mother who is 90 years old and suffers from dementia and has very sensitive gums. Thorough job and she left smiling. That’s always a great thing.

A patient for over 30 years, phone support has been a challenge the past year. To book I gave up waiting for a return call and went to office. Cindy no longer working in Port Jeff. She is a professional joy. Person at desk was kind, professional and very helpful, (Katie), however, another at desk was bent over, completely of stomach aches, saying she felt like she was dying. I offered help. Person (female, blonde) waved me off. She continued to loudly complain but did so speaking loudly to front desk staff from her office. Waiting patients were initially concerned but then advised, via loud private conversation, "it" had "passed". HmmmBooked with Dr. Dhar. He did terrific work last year. My confidence in him again supported. Katie & Anne were very helpful identifying costs (paid in advance). Professional all around. Dr. Dhar did a fantastic job on my teeth. Dental hygienist's were very emphatic. And Chris remains a bi-yearly delight.They deserve better office support. Calls are not returned. And office staff speak too loudly on their patient and personal calls. Seated in treatment chair, each time, it is a concern, a HIPPA violation perhaps, to hear a staff person discuss financial and treatment issues, loud enough to hear. (Grateful Dr. Dhar used his phone to channel in music to try to distract from staff loud conversations.)Professional staff and two at front dest, and Cindy, deserve a 5+. Person in office behind front desk, and folks who are responsible to return calls but don't , sadly diminish the overall experience.
