I had a great experience at Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx. Everything went extremely well from start to finish. The dentist was very friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated how attentive and professional the entire staff was. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care and a dentist who genuinely listens.

I had a 10:30 appointment. I waited a good 45 minutes to be X-rayed and was called in for my cleaning another 30 minutes later. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive as was Maxine my hygienist who was also kind, attentive, friendly and thorough as usual. I waited another 30 minutes for the dentist (Dr. Scwharz). All in all I was satisfied with the visit. I like the way the facility has been renovated.
