I cannot say enough good things about my experience today at Western MA Endodontics. I called in severe pain and they got me in right away, which I am so grateful for.From the moment I walked in, every single person I interacted with was incredible, the receptionist, the tech, the staff who helped get me in, and especially the doctor. As someone with anxiety, dental visits can be really overwhelming, but the doctor truly made me feel at ease. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and genuinely meant it, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was incredibly kind, patient, and calming throughout the entire procedure.The root canal itself was fast and painless, which honestly shocked me in the best way. On top of that, they even followed up with a text afterward to check on me. You just don’t see that level of care and customer service very often anymore.If you’re nervous about dental work or just want to be treated with real compassion and professionalism, I highly recommend Western MA Endodontics. They truly went above and beyond.

This is my second time using their services and both times were 5 star experiences. The last and most recent experience was an emergency root canal. The entire staff - from the receptionist, nursing staff, and Dr. Shapiro - was professional, helpful, and empathetic. I went to the office on a Monday morning after suffering through a miserable weekend, and they were able to get me in that day to perform a root canal. This place is fabulous!
