I had a major issue with a recent root canal. I inadvertently bit down while eating a sandwich and cracked the tooth. I called and they got me right in triaging the situation until I could get to my regular dentist for final filling and crown. There was no discussion of who was at fault, they simply took me in and took care of it. Amazing! Good folks there and extremely competent too!

I have just had THE best experience in my 60+ years of dental treatment, thanks to Heather. The cleaning I typically dread with fiber of my dental-phobic being was ...dare I say?😀...ALMOST pleasant, and definitely thorough, professional, done with consideration, expertise, and gentleness. I am in awe, and so very thankful. I have been visiting Western Ma Perio since February, for a wide variety of treatment, and cannot say enough about everyone from Dr. Salzmann, to Margaretmary, to Heather, who have been kind,compassionate, patient, professional, and thorough in providing expert care.
